1970 MOONEY M-10 Cadet, Price Reduced! Very Nice low time M-10 Cadet. Awarded Best M-10 at the Ercoupe Owners Club National Convention in 2003. 2454 TT, 830 SMOH, Sigtronics SPA 400 intercom,KLX 135A Com/GPS, Panel mounted handheld GPS 195, KX 125 Nav/Com,Bendix TR 661A Transponder, EGT, cylinder head temp, manifold pressure gauge, strobe, taxi and landing lights, canopy cover, good tires, white with red and gold stripes, exterior 8, interior 9, treated with ACF 50, approved for auto fuel, 4.8 gal/hour fuel consumption, compression 70/80, 74/80,74/80,72/80. always hangered. ADs complied as of 11-1-07. Price includes a fresh annual in November 07. This reliable aircraft has been carefully maintained and is a great plane for learning to fly or a nice plane for the seasoned pilot. The canopy provides excellent visibility and the plane flys so sweet. Flown by my father and I for the last 4 years. Mooney built 50 of these cadets and this one has the stronger and most preferred gear. The KLX 135A Com/GPS provides easy navigation and excellent communications. The panel mounted handheld GPS with moving map and HSI readout provides airport details and easy to read screen. The 195 handheld GPS is a great backup that can be removed easily for use in other aircraft. The panel also features a digital KX 125 nav/com that works perfectly. This plane would be an excellent and safe aircraft to use in obtaining a pilots license because it is well equipped, very economical to operate, low time, and easy to fly. The panel mounted sigtronics intercom works great and the airplane turns heads where ever we go. The polished prop spinner and Mooney tail sets this plane off from the rest. It is set up very well for night flight. The stars are beautiful to view thru the clear canopy. The canopy can also be opened in flight under 100 mph and is very useful when making aerial photos. This plane has been the most enjoyable plane I have ever flown and it is ready to go. My father and I are selling because we need more room in the hanger and this little jewel needs a new home.
